I have worked out in gyms most of my adult life but as an entrepreneur, it is hard to get to one. I wanted to put together a set of products that were small, effective, and inexpensive. I was a bit cynical, but I ordered it anyway. I have to say that I am really enjoying it! It’s easy to customize the amount of resistance.

I think this is a great product for people who travel, people who work at home, people who don’t want to go to a gym…pretty much for everyone. The price is reasonable.

I was skeptical that the AbsFlexing Products would really provide a good workout. With only one resistance band I thought it would be too easy to use. I was wrong! The first day I just did three reps of 15 of the upper body exercises and I was feeling it! I was surprised at the resistance from the band. It was supposed to do. I actually broke a sweat some ways.

I think it’s an awesome product. Even though I haven’t had it for long but only a couple of days , I can feel its working and so convenient I can use it anywhere. I’m not looking for the body I had when I was 20 but there is no doubt in my mind it will definitely tone what I have now.

Finally a products for the disabled
I was very happy with the ease of putting the system together and the variety of core strengthening exercises especially as a disabled person who cannot get on the floor and do exercise routines and who cannot stand and move around without the use of a walker. Majority of the exercises can be done sitting on the side of my bed. I finally feel like I may have found exercise products that can aid me to reach some health goals.

I have purchased other at home exercise equipment, which usually gets pushed under the bed and forgotten. This products are so easy and so much fun to use. It allows me to work out two 8 minute sessions in the morning and do one in the evening. They are so short, but very effective. After one week, I saw such a huge difference in my waist and thighs. I highly recommend this to anyone and any age, to stay fit and build muscle.

Works much better than dumbbells
I have only been using for about a week, but I can already feel tightening and strengthening happening. Works much better than dumbbells as it seems to work way more muscles. I only use it about 5 minutes a dav and I do see a difference. Highly recommend. PS: I am over 50 and it is helping me keep the weight off without much effort.
